I have just built a Tycobrahe with circuit from GGG and withTrue Bypass/LED indicator DC Jack, input grounded, 3PDT switch version. The pedal works fine when it's bypassed, but when i turn it on it,s quite dead. I have checked the components and the circuit over and over again, but i can't see anything wrong. I wonder if there is something with the Mouser Transform, the middle led on the neg side, should i do something with that? If somebody have any suggestion's, please let me know.

This is quite common, [for a yet to be debugged circuit], following you're own debugging techniques OR...reading 'What to do when it doesn't work' and following the techniques laid out there is a great start.

I have mesured the components, the only substitutions is D1 and D2, i dint know what kind it is, but the guy that i bought them from sayd that they do the same jobb.  / D1   A=0,0    K=1,3     D2   A=0,0   K=1,3/     the transistors /Q1 C=2,86   B=3,61   E=4,29       Q2  C=9,25   B=2.86  E=2,30    Q3  C=4,93  B=2,31  E=1,67 . I'm not an expert, but it,s strange that  the A on D1 and D2 is 0.0  Ok, if anybody can help me i will appreciate that.

the transistors /Q1 C=2,86   B=3,61   E=4,29   I can't help much with this one, ..other than it's one of the 'upside down' transistors, so the emitter is on 'top'.
Q2  C=9,25   B=2.86  E=2,30...I believe the base needs to be at least one diode drop above the emitter, check the transistors diode to find it's voltage drop [Ge differs from Si].

Sorry, I'm only vaguely helpful at best on this, biasing these Q's is still a bit out of my understanding...wait for better help
Meantime counting connections at nodes on schematic, reading actual resistor values etc. setup right, it works...there's got to be something 'not right'.
Audio probe may help, but other than the emitter follower [Q2] I wouldn't really know what to look for / expect...passing signal is always a good sign.
