150hfe sili PNPs anyone have ?

Really need a couple of hfe 150 sili PNPs. Jusy got and order in today this time tried BC557s. Grrrr came in at 197. Tried a lot of trannies- have had frustrating luck with this one. I need em to idealise the green ringer.
So if anyone has more than they need, would they be willing to send a couple my way?
I have listed a whole bunch of stuff in the trade section, pick out anything you'd like and I'll return the favor...

All my 2n3906s came in too high.
Apparently Q2 in the ringer needs to be close to 150hfe to really make it sing.
If you have some that would be fab, but please let me send you back something in return or some $
Oh, I should have mentioned I'm in Australia... but a standard letter is pretty cheap...

You should be able to compensate altering the biasing details of Q1. The outputs of Q2 should be relatively even with respect to 4.5v, say 3v/6v.

hmmm...my last batch of 3906's was 12-170 or so...different batch, different hfe's    pm me and i can get some out to you next week...i "think" i have some left here....i'll check...
