My friend's Boss SD1 dead, the switch is not responding anymore. I suspect it is the FET (Q3 or Q4) 2CS1685 that cause the problem. Can somebody help me to diagnose the problem ? I'm afraid that I cannot find the replacement for the FET on my local component store. What other FET type can I use for the replacement ?

First, what makes you think that one part is the problem?
