Hi,

I'm bulding a BMP from (Torchys) Veroboard Layout, but it seems a resistor has a missing value theres only 21 marked , when theres actually 22, look next to R13 to the left in the below pic, what would this value be?

Thanks!

MartyMart

That's 100 ohms, from Q3's emitter to ground :D
No...  sorry, R15 is 100 ohms, then that's 100k to ground
as per tonepad's stock bigmuff schem  !!!

Dont fit that resistor .....
It will parallel R15 and I think its a mistake. Fit R15 but leave the unmarked one out.

Hi,

Thanks for the replys, I wired it up true bypass, adding the 100k resistor it bypasses , dosent work just yet, im a bit drunk at the moment , but your thoughts may be just right, it may be a mistake...hopefully, i need to rewire it, as i have been fiddling with the wiring, and ill try taking out that resistor.

Thanks

well i took out that resistor, no-go, tried without wiring to the switch, best i can manage is a bypassed sound, which sucks as i spent a lot of time on that board  :icon_frown:

bah i think i need to buy myself a laser printer to help etch pcb's, much less hassle and a whole lot easier i bet..
