Just built one this morning in about two hours !!  ... after just one wiring mistake
it fired right up  :D
I didn't have the required pot for the input cap switching, so missing something
but boy does it sound gorgeous  :D
MODS :
I came out of Q1 with a  10n to the gain control, with a 300pf cap over lugs 3&2
Coupling cap to Q2 became a 22n ( possibly a touch more gain from this )
Made the tone pot a 100k B, with 33n to ground and this makes for a very useful range.
Values of Mosfet / Jfet drains :
Q1 4.78 v
Q2 4.82 v
Q3 4.81 v
Tested through two amps, Classic 30 and Matamp C7 also through Condor cab sim.
Sounds very good indeed in all cases, beautiful "clean" tones and nice "Vox" sounding
crunch too ..... I"M IMPRESSED  :D
Nice one guys, even with just one "Tone" at input this has many sounds to it and I'm very
happy with the tone control mod.
A VERY worthwhile project.

Peace,
Marty.
