Hey all,

I was surfing around last night and happened upon http://www.buildyourownclone.com/.  If you look through the various projects that he's selling you can download his build instructions for each kind of pedal kit that he's selling.  The instructions are well written, concise and contain a lot of basic assembly info and descriptions for off-the-board parts that could be very useful for someone just starting out with this wonderful hobby of ours.  I know that I could have used some of that info when I was starting out and would have saved myself a few hours and many headaches!  :)

His PCBs look pretty good as well, although they seem a little more expensive than Tonepad's.  He is selling off some Ross Comp PCBs with minor errors for $5 each which is a pretty good deal.

Just thought I'd share,
Andy Harrison

Yep, he's a great asset to the DIY community IMO! Can someone find all the info for free online? Yes, if you don't mind spending the time searching and researching. This goes the same as with my biz - it's all online in some capacity, I've just organized it into a book. The same with this fellow - props to him - he's doing an excellent job and I refer people to him all the time.

Take care,
Brian
