Pedal Volume in a chain of stomp...

in a chain like this:
guitar -> OD -> Phase -> Dly1 -> Pedal Volume -> Dly2 -> AMP
what type of pedal volume I should use?
Low impedance ... 25-50K or
high impedance ... 250-500K

100k, probably something like the Mr. Clean pedal if you want to make something...unless you meant one with a pedal that you can squeeze down like a wah.  Although the schematic would be the same.
