Dating my wha

I got this italian Jen Crybaby super, and I'm trying to figure out how old it is. I read here on this forum that you can date them from the internal pot, but I can't figure out what the numbers man. There is some solder on some of the numbers, so I can't read them.

The pot reads 1347923 BA811 Solder8 100k, and the was serial is 250-422. From the numbers, I digured it has to be 81 or 79.
Yes, I know there will be jokes about dating a wha, but I hope someon could help me...
