Hi
Just thought that I would mention a fantastic pedal that I just bought.
Although it doesn't make any sound (well it can provide a buffered line out) as such it has me very impressed.
It's a strobe pedal tuner and the main advatages over traditional guitar tuners are:

Amazing accuracy
Fast response
Biiigggg clear display
Several tunings.
True bypass

It's accurate enough to do guitar intonation - which I am going to do on my SG as I never adjusting after going to heavier strings.
I am really impressed with it - expensive but (after adapting technique) I can tune up in 1/4 of the time it used to take.

check it out at

Bought some good stuff this last month  - messed up s/H memory man, VOX AD30vt (brilliant) and a ribbon mic (looks amazing
haven't actually tried it on the amp yet) to record it with.

Anyways...back to DIY and ordering parts for LHx2, Ultimate flanger and Titan boost.

Glad to hear good things about those....I am seriously thinking about snagging one of these soon.  After a while the regular Boss & Korg tuners just frustrate me...

They are amazing! I love mine. One thing to watch out for. The jacks are plastic thread and nut board mounted P.O.S. ones. I know all that money for crappy jacks. Be gentle with them. I have mine mounted on a pedal board, not a lot of abuse from my estimation, and they are already crapping out. When your at a gig and your rig starts screaming, it's embarrasing. It was doing it when I stepped on another pedal or the stage bounced, and definately when I stepped on it. Then it's very frustrating when you find out that it's you newer strobostomp with the plastic still on.   ???

I have not sent it back yet, I'll wait until I have a month break from gigging in March. Right now I tightened the plastic nuts, and taped the cords in place. Now it isn't so bad.  :-[

Great tuner!!! I only wish I could replace the jacks..... I might it acts up again after a trip back to peterson.....

I'll have to keep an eye on those plastic jacks then!
Yes i agree the strobostomp is amazing.

The flimsy plastic battery cover is a bit of let down as well as the jacks.

There's been a lot of postive reaction (totally justified in my opinion) to it which was what convinced me to spend my money on it. but
what made me laugh is that there was one guy on the peterson forum that complained about the display with the spinning
blocks making him dizzy......can't please everyone I suppose.
