Is there such a pedal?

I'm wondering if there's a pedal that does basically a CLEAN tube simulations.

I have 2x Marshall Mosfet combos, and whereas the dist pedals sound good through it, the clean tones are just too clean, or clean in a SS way.

I want to build a pedal which basically reproduces the *very slight* compression, breakup and fullness of a CLEAN tube amp. Like a Twin Reverb. I've heard the ROG simulators but they seem to emulate the characteristics of the amps when they distort, but not at clean settings.

To my ears, should be something like the Red Llama but without the fuzz. Clean, full, with slight compression.... the kind of pedal you would leave on all the time.

Any suggestion?

Run off groove amp sims? I really love my Flipster (ROG Portaflex sim) that really gives me that compression, breakup and fullness I need.

Fetzer valve, left clean should do it !   www.runoffgroove.com

You could "tweak" it a little, maybe up the 22n cap to 47n or 100n
Use it "stock" front end or a 100k replacing the 68k ...that would be cleaner

Sometimes a real slight extra compression can be quite satisfying (I mean with a compression pedal, not a "gain" pedal). Most compressors tend to "break" harsh attack highs.

MOSFets in the feedback loop (TS style clipper) are very soft though.
