How make Funny Cat go 'woah-woah'?

Ive heard one of moosapotamus's funny cat sound clips, where it has been modified to make a 'woah-woah' sound, instead of a quack-style sound.
Does anyone (esp. moosapotamus) know how to modify the funny cat to make it do this?
That would be a separate (and awesome) effect in its own right.

As I recall, the mods I did that got it to make those kind of vocal sounds were to make the fixed feedback resistors on the opamps variable. On U1A I think I put a toggle to switch between 470K and 1M. On U2A and U2B I think I replaced the 100K on each with 1M pots. Then, I added a master volume control, too.
