I don't know if any are out in the wild (asides from dunlop techs).  I started tracing mine, but got to the stage where I had to transfer my drawings to a schem (and I also could not figure out a few parts without desoldering) and I stalled.  I then had to put it all back together for a gig, and it hasn't been apart since then.  I probably still have the vague trace I did, but it may not be that handy.  Also, theres a few revisions of this board.
