SmashDrive troubles...

Hey,

I've finished building my smashdrive, but I'm having some serious problems with radio inteference. I get a horrific high-pitched whine under everything, unless I roll the tone off to a certain degree or don't use certain pickups (I'm using a single coil strat).

I'm using a JRC386D chip at the moment, I tried an LM386N but it's exactly the same.

Is there a way of easily getting rid of this?

In the FAQ section, there is a blurb on how to get rid of RFI. It's a very simple thing to do that involves adding a small capacitor to the circuit.
