Hello all

I've built a java boost, but it is behaving quite oddly;

I'm not getting voltages above 1V at the collector by any means.
I recreated then the circuit with Falstad circuit simulator, and it yelded similar results.
Is the schematic wrong? Is the biasing method wrong? Should I expect -6 or around 0 V at the collector?
The pedal seems to work, but I'm not sure if it's sounding right. I would appreciate a lot if anyone check the simulation:

The schematic I'm referring to:

just go to http://www.falstad.com/circuit/

The circuit simulator should appear in a pop up (you need sun java installed, you won't regret if you already don't have it)
click in import and copy/paste the following:

Any thoughts/ideas?

Thanks a lot...

Hi . well.. you the schematich its definetly wrong.. the juction  of ra-rb-c5 Must be conected to ground.
Other wise youll not get biased correctly
OK thats all (i think)

ooooops
I got it
I got confused in relation to the positive ground;
I changed the wiring of the jacks/battery, and it worked...

So for the records, this schematic is correct, and it is Positive Ground. Torchy layout is also correct but the level pot is wired backwards...

Thanks!
