Pds 2000 Sample switch not sampling?

I recently recieved a broken pds 2000 for cheap. It arrived completely non functional, after replacing the broken time and mix pots,
and reflowing the odd joint it now works as a delay in "normal" mode, the other two modes switch on and off, but no signal comes out when on.
twiddling the trim pots doesn't help the situation either.
I don't have a schematic, but if you have one for any of the PDS series please mail it to jack86@gmail.nospam.com.
alegedly the series differ by only the ram.
I would measure voltages but there is ALOT of chips, If checking a voltage would help just ask.
