a question of little bzzzzzzz

When I've finish to modded ds1, I've heared that the pedal was noisy but I've a little question.
I've a try new ds1 boss and I've seen that If I turn up level at max I can hear "a little bzzz"
the question is:
It's normal this little bzz? tnx

if cause are a caps in poly and multilayer?

the noise go away when I touch a metallic part of pedal (potentiometer or jack)
Is fixable?
