RV-3 No Bypass Signal

Hey there,

I recently came across an old boss RV-3 and it works great, except that when the pedal is disengaged, there is no bypass signal. 

This board has SMD components and microchips, but the boss FET switching circuit is the same right?

Just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this problem, and if the resolution involves reprogramming
