So I'm planing on building another mkII and I've got a bunch of Nos parts but these little vero's I've been getting from Mammoth have too small of holes for these big old leads. I was wondering if anyone knows of some that have bigger holes? I thought about dremoling them out but it seems like a huge pain in the a$$. Thanks, Mike.

Try tag board I've built a few with old components using it

Please note I haven't used these particular layouts it's just to give you an idea and I always add a 1M resistor from input to ground to avoid switch popping

You've got to be careful with the wattage value of older NOS parts I always use 1/4 watt carbon composition resistors that fit vero holes no problem as you know usually the bigger the wattage / voltage the thicker the leads especially with resistors and diodes.

The 0.15" pitch strip board that the original Vero company in the UK makes has slightly larger holes than other strip boards. http://www.verotl.com/en/product/01-3938-single-sided-veroboard-291x95-in-srbp-material
You can get it from RS as well.

Ya that sound great. I always though the older boards looked like the had wider holes. Thanks for he link:)

Unfortunately the USA-link leads to Allied. They do business in most other countries, though.
I can't use them either. Here in Germany they only sell to businesses, not to private customers. >:(
