connecting 9V, I/O and pots on tonepad rat distortion

hi, Im a beginner, very beginner...

i'm in a middle of a rat distortion project, and i don't now how to connecta de 9V, and jacks (I/O), i supuse i must connect the negative 9V to  sleeve of the jack and this to the "gnd".

the output?, i supose the ring to the board, (Obviuosly) but the sleeve?????

i hope you can help me, sorry for the totaly stupid Q

Negative of 9V to the ring of the input jack if you want the power to turn on and off. The sleeve of the output mono jack goes to ground.

ok, now i have a problem w/ switch... how to connect correctly the switch the power and the jacks I/O
