Dr. Boogie ground question

Heres a quick one... is the outer ring that circles the entire Dr. Boogie ground? The layout Im using is kinda confusing. It should the pots ground going someplace else, and there doesnt appear to be a pad labeled "-"

Thanks guys... I finished it before seeing C.o.D.s comments, so I didnt cut the ground ring.

But damn it this thing crushes. WAY better than the XXL I built several weeks back.
