Depending on the amp and guitar you use you could probably get close to that with a Rangemaster or any of the many derivatives.  It sounds like a strat in the 4 position to me.

Well there you have it.  That sounds like a good combo to me, although that sample didn't sound quite as thick as a Big Muff.  Maybe the gain wasn't up too high.

I belive the Bigg Muff has no Distortion pot.

A tranistor booster > High and Lo pass filter (wired to use one pot) > A NPN distortion  > Vol pot

Why have both a Mosfet booster and a NPN boosting circut?

well i think it's recorded with the T-Rex BigTone T25 Combo which cost $3000 
i believe the combo itself gives the pedal a push.
I really liked the sound though.
