I'm looking for a no led, simple as can be bypass switch, but every schematic I'm finding has some sort of led, 500 input jacks or other fancy things in it.

Is there any schematics for the simplist possible bypass?

A DPDT would do it:

... but an LED (or 2 even) is v useful since it tells you which channel/amp/stompbox you are playing through - one without an LED isn't much use for anything other than a tuner / amp switcher IMO.
