hi everybody,
before i want to give my bad stone http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=43756.msg317204#msg317204 a "home in a box", i have to fix the volume drop. as i found the changing of the resistor on one of the op-amps as stated by someone else on this forum doesn´t work for me cause i don´t like the distortion and i´m pretty sure it changes the sound, i thought about putting a booster stage behind the circuit to go for unity gain. any suggestions what circuit i should use ? the three things that count for me here are:
absolute linearity/no sound coloration
doesn´t need to much boost (i just want unity gain and the volume drop is like 60-70% of original vol)
simplicity/parts count, i need to add this as an extra into the housing with the bad stone pcb (which is kinda big), so it should be a small layout

any suggestions ??

cheers,
lowstar

p.s. alex, does the dimension c also have a vol drop ??
effects built counter: stopped counting at 100

I used the Strato Blaster to boost the volume in mine with great results. Just gotta remember to turn it down when you switch to "vibrato" mode.
