Still 'Hammering' at the Woody

Here's my new Woody Layout for Mark's acoustic sim that incorporates Oliver Alex's modifications.  The improvements hopefully will be 9v instead of 18v and improved hiss noise.  I think I've got the voltage divider, -VSS, +VSS, and Vr correct, but I'm still not sure about -9v.  The first image is the layout.  The second is the PCB:

Please let me know how you would wire -9v with respect to true ground.
