Hamonist Fet problem

Hello, i from Argentina (sorry my english) i purchase an used sompbox Hamonist Hr-2, and i need to know whats the number of the fet (they take the fet out from the board) because he plug ac current to the pedal and blow the fet, maybe someone got a shematic of this thing, or have a pedal, every suggestion its welcome, maybe someone know what kind of FET i can use.

Hi and welcome! I don't know much about the HR-2 (never seen a schematic anywhere), but if that FET is in the bypass switching of the pedal, then it's probably the same type as in all the others Boss pedals. But you probably already thought of that.

Hmm...I'm looking at the schem for an oc-2, and that has +9v connected directly to a fet, which is a 2SK30A, and on the ge-7, there are 2 sk30a's in the switching as well, getting 4.5 v dc, it seems...
Would help to have a schem of the hr-2...
