transformer problem

ok, just made the bipolar supply from ggg, and ordered a 15v transformer. the secondary outputs have what i assume is +15, o, and -15, while my board only seems to need 2 inputs.
what's the deal? i'm only really familiar with 9vdc, and this is taxing my tiny, tiny brain.
