Cool. How do the lime-green stickies change the sound?
Doug

they don`t "change" the sound - they are pre-sets.

Maybe we should have a vote on April Fool's gags ?
Sorry Puretube for implicating you in my little joke.
Andrew

"Hug" means: you never have to say you`re sorry...

Great joke, Ton. When I saw the thread name and who posted it, I tough it was a joke at the same time too. If there's a prize for the best April 1st joke, I surelly vote in yours.

it`s hard to wait for 8 hours to fire a thread,
just to make sure the new day is finally dawning in the western hemisphere...

Nice one! I knew what was going on as soon as I saw it. Thanks for cheering up my day as weird as it has become.

Side note: I know someone was kidding about your "Behringer" job but do you have anything to do with my job offer ? If you do then somethings gonna happen. :icon_twisted:

Andrew

well, I think I did see (almost ran into him in the crowd) Mr. Uli B. in Frankfurt @ the trade show (Musik Messe),
but I thought to myself: look away, yes - but don`t touch!

...Anyway, is anyone else interested in the "WAHCASTER" in the top drawer? It certainly gets me interested.  :D

guess I posted a closer-up picture before (need to search),
but it`s the stereo-amp on the bench hidden behind the guitarist ( :icon_wink:)
in this Frankfurt Musik-Messe pic from 1998:

I had a belly laugh from that that you can probably hear in Germany!  Well played, brother, well played.  An excellent start to the day!

sorry Mark, couldn`t hear you,
coz by the time you were browsing the forum,
I was back in Frankfurt in the E-H soundbooth
listening to the new pedals:

Hi Puretube
So do/did you work for electro harmonix then?

I`m not employed @ E-H (I turned down the offer, 8 years ago!),
but a free-lance designer, who has granted E-H the exclusive rights
to market my designs/schemos/products/trademarks/patent.

QuoteWhen did you start learning about this stuff?

a little over 40 years ago...

QuoteAnd where do they get there sad1024a IC's from? ;D

?

QuoteCheers

same to you.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

My thanks go back to you!  :icon_lol: :icon_lol:

QuoteFirst I thought this must be april 1st joke until I find how the files open. That Worm is interesting stuff. But dunno if it is my cache or software settings, when I open the third worm picture file most component values (around lfo and envelope mixer) appear on red too shortly to see but then disappear (I use Microsoft photo editor)

you`d need to right-scroll, while holding "Alt Ctr" & "Del"...

QuoteEDIT I did this total bullshit bad taste joke claim: Concrats about your new Behringer job/career too

after thinking about it for ~0.512ms, I denied the B******** job opportunity,
and passed the offer on to T.T.G.  :icon_mrgreen: (click the grin...)

Nice rack.
So.... where's the schematics? :D
--------------
Jimbo

the drawers include schems, layouts, and etched PCBs, partly stuffed ones...
(I always keep serial #0000, for later MoJo opportunities in favor of my loved ones).  :icon_wink:

You sure know how to tease people, don't you? By the way, are there any of your designs already on the loose that I've missed?

Actually, I do hate you for not labelling the knobs. :D

The WahCaster is in fact a stereo-amp with built built in TUBE - space - VIBWAHTO:

(a circuit that didn`t fit into the pedal-chassis) :
