Is there a good place in the echo park to add a capacitor or two to make it quieter when powered on DC?

Are you using the Line 6 supply? Search the archives here, as there is a trick (posted by *Mr. Huge*) powering the EP on that effects noise. I use the EP in the loop of my amp, and I can usually gain stage things so noise is not a problem. I use the Line 6 supply. There is also an issue with 1st gen EPs, so if you have one of the early ones, it may be noisier than others. They may offer an upgrade, but I'm not sure. Again, search here, as this has come up before.
