EM-5 intermittent switching

Hallo everybody,
i recently bought a defective Ibanez  EM-5 on E-bay for 15 bucks....
I have only one problem whit it: the infamous intermittant switching.
Does anyone as solved or fixed this problem on his machine?
Does anyone able to explain me how could i fix this annoying probl about THIS model of Soundtank series...you know, i own 8 Soundtank diffrent models and i never even noticed the same problem in any of other models...
Plus, when the switch is on the sound of the EM-5 is awesome guys!
