more bass on an H&K Tubeman?

does any body know how to increase the bass on a Hughes&Kettner Tubeman?

its not mine, and i dont have it. but a friend of mine does and he says he wants more bass out of it.

anyone worked on one before? i dont see why one would want THAT much bass...but...ill do it anyways. anyone?

I used to use one of those to record bass guitar direct all of the time and it's still one of my favorite direct preamps.  I don't know why you'd want more bass out of it, it's not exactly lacking!?!  They're also great for vocals, believe it or not...

As for mods, I don't have a clue but I do have the schematic I believe...
