Changing leds in amp and foot switch?

Hello, I have a Peavey XXL and I bought a blue jewl to replace the red one. Anyways the led is red so I am going to have to change it. I have also already changed two leds in the foot pedal.

So now I just want to change the jewel led and one of the channel leds. I like blue :D

So what I am wondering is, Will changing red leds to blue led (Blue needs more volts)  be bad on the amp? Because blue leds need more power so will they suck more juice and will that be bad on the amp?

I Know that the blue led I put in my MT2 Metal zone takes up more battery power, so will this kinda thing happen with my amp? And will it matter?

Or will the resistors keep the leds from taking too much power.

Its just a little bit extra Volts needed for the blue leds, but I just want to make sure before I install them.

Bump

It should be an easy question for you guys to answer.

I could post it on the Peavey Forum, but I figured you guys would know more about the electronics of an amp, and all that stuff.

i wouldn't see any problem with this... I've done it with no ill effect to the amp...
Breadboards are as invaluable as underwear - and also need changed... -R.G.
