Does anyone know where I can find a LED holder/assembly like this one?

Looks like one piece from LED to leads. This one was found on a Barber LTD pedal. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have one in my hand right now.  It is from "DIALIGHT"  mine is a real small one 3mm?  I have some others with the same black case, but only wire leads coming out of them and they are 5mm.

The 3mm  one with the wire leads part number on the side of it is: 558-0201
