Hey guys...

I was reading an article regarding the Line6 Vetta 2 and how it allows you to model 2 amps at the same time, panning them hard left and hard right, or pressing a 'double tracker' button to simulate doubling up the guitar in the studio to give you a 'bigger' sound...

I was wondering if there was something I could build to mimick this as I am planning on buying a Diezel rather than another Line6.

Thanks

John

I'd go for a stereo setup for that big sound.  A slight delay between the two sounds big.  My boss PS-5 kinda does that with the detune function, it detunes a bit and you can add a small amount of delay, and then split the effected signal and clean to different amps.  Doesn't get that human touch (double tracked guitar, both recorded and live has to be one of my favorite "effects") though.  Sadly I haven't found anything that sounds nearly as interesting as two humans playing together for that natural sound.
