fender mid boost circuit

I was wondering if anyone has the schematic for fender's mid boost 12db circuit.
A metal piece came loose in my guitar shorted this preamp. It must have fried it or something.  I have sound but it is very weak and low with alot of hiss. 
any ideas?
Transistor damage or capacitor shorted. ? I think it shorted somewhere near the volume pot
