Help with Ibanez CS 505

I picked up a CS 505. The pots are not attached and it is missing the switch. Does anyone have a layout for this pedal? I don't think there are any other missing parts.

I am not sure where to reconnect the wires to the pots. Have anyone replaced the switch in this pedal? I thought about just putting a momentary switch I have from a modded wah or putting a true bypass switch. Any suggestions? wiring ideas?
