Dry/Wet Blend - Need part information

Thinking of building this so i can run guitar effects on my bass without killing the tone.

Just need to know what kind of opamps i should use to get the best sound. I can solder well, just not a big enough geek to know which parts work the best.

My very little experience tells me a tlo72 would work well here. I hope to build one of these inside of my Ross Comp to mix the dry signal in.

sure, TL072's will work, but what about using a more hifi opamp such as NE5532's?  are they compatable with this design or am i stuck with TL072's??
