Snarling Dogs wah volume issue.

Hi fellas,

My snarling dogs wah has a volume control on it, but even when set at minimum there is still too much of a boost in volume.  Looking inside the pedal the volume pot is a linear 10K with lugs 2 and 3 connected to the circuit board.  I've checked with my DMM and I get a value of 10K when the volume pot is set at minimum and 0K when set at maximum (with meter touching lugs 2 and 3).

Do you think that increasing the pot value (say to 25K) would lead to more of a volume decrease?
