I just finished my GGG Improved EA Tremolo and it doesn't work.  I used 50k audio pots instead of the 25k since Small bear did not have them.  It was suggested that these would work fine by another member on this forum.  I am sure these are fine.  My problem seems to lie around Q1.  I used a 2n3904 as suggested.  My voltages do not match the tested voltages from GGG.  My voltages are E=0 B=.003 C=8.8.  It should measure E=0.8 B=1.5 C=6.0

All other voltages measure good.  I have replaced R2,R4,R5,R6.  Still no sound.  Bypassing with stomp switch works.  Help...

Thanks,

Well...  R3 is supposed to be a 150k resistor.  I had a 150 ohm resistor.  Changing that fixed it.  It is working just fine and sounding sweet.

I'd second the above.  The problem likely falls within that bias network.  Make sure you double check the connections around R2 and R3 and Q1.
