Here you go, superb sounding Jfet amp simulator, with a blendable separate totally "clean" path, good
drive and a nice "spanky" tone.

Gets VERY close to the original's "voice"  :D
C9 ( 470n ) is a poly film cap, not electro if poss !!
Reverse protection diode can be 1N4001/1N4002 ...

Sounds very, very fine indeed, so want you all to see it/ build it !  :D

Enjoy,

Thanks Marty, looks very good indeed. I don't know if you are familiar with Richard Shindell, a singer songwriter from the USA who now lives in Buenos Aires,  but I have been listening to a fair amount of his stuff recently. I have just downloaded a set he did at McCabes guitar shop in New York and the sound of his accoustic guitar is very very good. He uses a very crisp percussive picking style, similar to our very own Nic Jones - remember him? But it made me think that it would be nice to have a combined piezo preamp/amp simulator setup.

Marty:

I was looking at the schematic here rather than the vero layout since I perf rather than vero and noticed that on the schem that 470nF you're referring to in your previous post is a 47µF in the schem. Do you decide later that a 470nF sounded better? If so, those big 470nF I sent you should work great for that. That's what I'll be using. :icon_wink: :icon_wink:

My apologies, that should always have been 470n (0.47uf) and NOT 47uf !!
I'll have to edit and re-post the schem :D
Lookin forward to 'em ..... this is a little cracker BTW :icon_wink:
