I'm building from this layout:

Couldnt find anything specific about the pots there or the schem here:

A good pedal from what I'm hearing, yes?

I would use a log for the volume. The gain & tone could either be a log or a lin. I like to use lin pots for gain controls, but log pots often work well, too.  :icon_cool:

It might be an idea to use log for the tone control - the shaka gets very trebly very quickly as you turn the tone knob.

If it's linear you might not have enough fine control between too muddy and too trebly.

usually, in the pedal world at least, if it doesn't specify it means log or audio.  either way, both will work for anything.

I used linear but log would work for the volume pot.
