My brother has a power supply block with 5 9v outputs.  He's been connecting this to his Boss pedals with no issues.  He now wants to connect a positive ground Fuzz Face to the same power supply (I've told him Fuzzes sound better with carbon batteries but he wants to use the power supply so he can leave them always plugged in).

The problem is Boss pedals are negative ground and the Fuzz is positive.  When I supidly daisy chained a Fuzz power jack to a Tube Screamer power jack I blew the IC in the TS and the power supply.   :(

Is there a magic way to get round this issue?  Can I check if the power supply (Power Bank from Maplin) has isolated 9v supplies?  When I checked with a DMM it appeared that all the 9v outers are connected together and all the 9v inners are connected together.
