I'm working on a little enclosure for a Ruby and want to hook up a Little Gem with my Mesa 2x12 cabinet ( :icon_twisted: ). Can I use a standard 1/4" female jack input when using speaker cables as well (does the answer depend on if I'm hooking up a little practice amp or a full blown tube amp?)

As a secondary question: any good links/suggestions on building a DIY 1x10" or 2x10" speaker cabinet? Think I've found some cheap celestions that I could use.

sure, use 1/4" jacks, they are used on guitar cabs anyway

  full blown tube amp
I'ts not too strange you should choose these words, I Can advise attending to conditions which promote amp to [correct ohmage] speaker Absolute Continuity, so these words chosen will Continue to be used in a preventative context.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

So that means that a normal female jack can be used for the power+guitar signal?
