Dual Precision Mono Multivibrator??

Does anyone have any idea what this is, or what it does, and if so, would it be of any value to a DIY stompbx builder?

I butchered an old car stereo for the components and along with several other unknown IC's of different sizes and shapes there was this and a 4558 that I have already used... C4558C if i remember correctly was the part number on that...
