Here is my first project all in color

Ok, it's not a layout for a new circuit. It's a layout I did for the Tube Reamer 2 for my own use, and I do not pretend it is better than the other layout(s) that already exist for it. It just appends that it's the first one I completed with my new style of project files.

The overall look should stay quite the same, unless I decide to change something like using the bottom view of the pots instead of the top view, etc... But the look of the stripboard layout itself will change though with the new releases of the program I use to do my stripboard layouts.

Any comments are welcome.

Pair color	Signal
Black & Red	(-/+) 9V
Black & White	Input
Black & Green	Out to Volume pot
Black & Blue	Output

(If controlled by a positive voltage)

Purple & Red	LED effect ON
Purple & Green	LED effect OFF

(If controlled by a Ground)

Gray & Red	LED effect ON
Gray & Green	LED effect OFF
Single wire	Signal
Orange	Drive pot

Nice work.  I gotta try me a vero project soon.  there are just too many good layouts like this one to ignore the vero anymore.

The good side of stripboards is that you can do them everywhere, even in your car.

The downside is when you need many of them. That's where an etched pcb is better.

Even then, once you have a layout, it's very easy to make more than one.

I designed and etched many pcbs before, but I came back to stripboards when I couldn't etch my pcbs at work anymore. I then felt in love with them again...
