Yup - the switched jacks are exellant.

I've a small question, concernig the "star grounding". Can I connect the chasis to a general GND plate on the PCB itself, and connect all of the differat FX blocks' grounds to it, or do I need to connet each ground pit by wire to the chasis node?

Hi
Get your switched jacks in the US of OZ from DSE.  They work better and don't ground you when you don't want to be grounded.

Yep.  After building stompboxes, with their RAG grounding, I found it hard to understand the deep concerns of people about grounding in amplifiers.

SOT:  For a grounding challenge, try the Real McTube.  60dB of gain and hundreds of mA AC in one box.  :icon_eek:
Isolated sockets, shielded wires and a star ground are minimum requirements for this little beauty.  (Then there's twisting AC pairs, chassis shielding, ...)
