Does anyone know what speaker output transformer is used in the Cream Machine by Hughes and Kettner?

Thanks!

i don't know anything about this, but isn't that a pedal? if so, i don't think you'd want an OT...

The Cream Machine and Blues Masters are both 1/2 width one rack-unit high boxes. They were available with a set of holders to let you bolt them into a 19" relay rack. They're not pedals.

In reality, they are small tube amps. One does about a watt, the other is a about 3W. I believe the CM is the 3W.

They have a batch of opamp stages and two tubes in each one. One of the tubes is a preamp, the other is used as a power tube. There is a functioning output transformer in each of them. The tubes are run at high voltage. They sound good.

They are set up as either practice amps or mini-amps to run into a mixing board. There is a speaker output on each, as well as a speaker sim and line output.

The transformers are custom made for the units, not commercially available.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.
