Power filter?

Sorry if I'm being redundant, but I'm superbusy and I need a quick question answered.

I know I've seen a power filter (for a wall wart) schematic on some site, but I don't have the time at all to find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have a bunch of spare vero, if you've got a link to a vero layout instead, that would be great.  thanks in advance.

PS: While I'm at it, I'm in the middle of modding an MT-2 (boss metalzone) for my friend. I've got the mods done, but it's a super-noisy pedal. I'm already working on putting pulldown resistors from the input and output to ground, but is there anything else you guys can suggest?

Okay,

Now that I'm a little less pressed for time (I had 30 minutes to fix a big noise problem before a show  ) I have located both a nice power regulator vero and a simple filter for a wall wart.

Sorry about the hastiness of this post. I will now proceed to commit hari-kari with my soldering iron.
