I've got a cap that's labeled "6n8K" capacitor, does that convert to 0.0068uF?

BTW, I tried using a couple of online capacitor calculators but I didn't have any luck.

Making use of the web posted, if the third digit is an 8, it should be multiplied by .01

If we do 6*.01= 0.06
Im guessing too bad.. not knowledge, just guessing..

we have 0.06nF

If 0.01nF are 10pF

That capacitor is of 60pF...With 10% tolerance :P

Nice guess.. probably wrong though, dont trust me

bye bye

I did search and found these: Click Here

PicoFarad (pF) NanoFarad (nF) MicroFarad (mF,uF or mfd) Capacitance Code
6800                6.8 or 6n8      0.0068                                    682

You where right, and the K was the tolerance rate(10%)

bye bye

Hey, thanks for all your help guys.  I thought I was right but I wasn't sure.

I bookmarked a couple of those sites BTW, thanks again!
