Hi everyone,

I have bought since a weeks the Fender Blender Custom but would like to add mods and btw two leds just to easily see when the boost is on!

Let's exchange your experiences...

P.S: I have build the clone from Fuzzcentral and I must admit that there is a lot of sound differences  between the reissue and my cloned version. If someone can tell me why, it will be nice!!!!

Because theyre different electronically, they sound different.
I guess they're wired different or..
  Transistors are different
Resistors and cap tolerances multiply/divide to different equations which alter the function/performance/sound? That is one large circuit, lots of components...
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Yea, there are a lot of parts for sure so maybe the difference is transistors or caps. The boost/tone control pretty much is usless. It would be nice to get a more usable tone control and maybe just ditch the boost, or leave it permanenttly boosted and fix up the tone control.
