Ok, built this from my hand-drawn layout and the layout has been checked by another forum member.
Values in brackets are what I used.

Not yet independantly verified but here yer go

I like the use of the links under the opamps, I've just started doing it after being inspired by The Tone God's looper design it can save a surprising amount of space.
